Wow... I didn't go to this but it sounds like a disappointment. We should discuss this futher in the admin section. If the game sucks then its regrettable. If it is unsafe then we don't want it posted on our scheduled event section. This guy didn't post much in the way of event rules did he? I guess it may be a lesson learned and we should require safety rules posted directly to the event thread for out of state events.

Rob, The rules were posted on the event pages months in advance. It is not that rules were not present, it is that I relied on players to read more. I did the exact same thing last year and it worked wonderfully, which is why I tried again this year and for some odd reason, it was a catastrophy (sp).
I still need to get details regarding how my chrono guys did their job but I will have to be honest, I heavily rely on players trust and honor when it comes to FPS, MED and goggles. I think we reached the point where referees must be used and sadly, that just mean we are getting closer to become like paintball. This is what I have been trying to avoid all these years and sadly, I think I am getting to the point where I have no other choices.
Scar, as I posted somewhere else, I am truly sorry to hear you got a shitty time. I am not about to ask you if you truly took the time to read about the event or even got into the forums and things like this because it won't change anything now. I can only learn from what I thought was good, change it and go from there.

Well guys, I suggest that we let this thread go for nomore than 10 days past the event to allow for , hopefully, positive feedback and some photos to be posted. In the future I am going to require some sort of attachment describing such events in greater detail. Blade, I would like you to join us in discussing this matter further on our admin section so we can formulate a solution to help eliminate misunderstanding or confusion for further events. We appreciate the efforts folks make when hosting events and as a host of several smaller events myself, I understand that it requires a tremendous amount of effort to coordinate an event to keep it safe and fun. I would welcome you and any other interested event hosts to join us on thise site to attempt to come up with a plan to better inform players so as to avoid future issues.

Starting to be glad I had to spend the day fixing my truck. You and me both...'Cept I had the, "Old ladys'" honey do (list of demands-NON negotiable of course), to deal with... My ยข.02, though...SAFETY. IT SHOULDN'T BE AN ISSUE, BUT A MAINSTAY. Need I post some pics of neglect of safety?
